If you are having problems with your heated seats, and your fuse #1 is good, look to see if #53 the heated seat switch is good. Took me three months to figure this one out. I downloaded the manual for the 2007 H3 and started looking at the wiring diagrams and saw that the high low switch is on a seperate fuse 10amp. Also this was the reason that the switch was not lighting up. Good Luck!
